General Office Assistant - Liverpool

We are looking for an office assistant for our well-established private sector construction services company involving supply of labour based in Mann Island, Liverpool


The ideal candidate would have excellent organizational skills as well as being versatile.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Reception duties including, answering phone calls, forwarding calls, take messages in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Processing & administrating operatives applications
• Updating databases
• Organising files
• Processing timesheets
• Dealing with queries from staff
• Supporting other departments
• Assisting other Contract Manager and other staff members when needed

Key skills we are looking for:

• Attention to detail
• Well organised
• Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn & improve
• Somebody who is proactive
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word

Hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday

Salary - dependent on experience - discussed at interview stage
